Returns Policy
School Uniforms Online returns and exchange policy is to make sure that you are happy with your purchases and our service. Please ensure you thoroughly read this page to ensure a smooth returns process at both ends.
Questions Regarding Your Return
To return an item, just fill out the "Return Authorisation" form that was include with your package and then return the unused merchandise in new condition within 30 days. If you don't have a copy of the "Return Authorisation" form you can download it here.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date. Returns will only be accepted if none of the following apply. Should any of the following apply, we will not pay for the return postage of the item to you. You will be required to repay the postage costs in order to get the goods back.
Clothing
- All items must be unused and include the original packaging
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
- If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
